How do I determine the right size for boxing gloves?
Sizing for boxing gloves is based on weight (ounces). Generally, 10oz-12oz are for bag work, while 14oz-16oz are recommended for sparring. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific hand measurements.
What is your return policy for combat sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments so you can monitor your gear's journey.
How should I clean and maintain my Venum BJJ Gi?
To prevent shrinking, always wash your Gi in cold water and hang dry. Avoid using bleach, as it weakens the fabric fibers. For longevity, wash your Gi immediately after every training session.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Venum products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from regular training or misuse of the equipment.
