At Venum, we stand by the quality of our fight gear and apparel; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include any documentation provided during the online request process.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
